I am Claudia Wyatt, international keynote speaker, leadership & spa consultant, confidence, cognitive behavior and life purpose coach, founder of The Walkabout Method™, and the woman behind a movement that is helping people stop settling and start becoming.

Known as The Enthusiasm Igniter™ and Self-Doubt Eraser™, I don't just inspire audiences, I ignite them! I challenge limiting beliefs, awaken untapped potential, and equip people with the confidence, emotional intelligence, and courage to lead & live boldly, communicate authentically, and create lasting impact.

For more than two decades, I have coached high-performing leaders, developed teams, transformed workplace cultures, and helped organizations unlock what was there all along, the power within their people. Every organization rises or falls on one thing...

People. Confident people create courageous leaders. Courageous leaders build unstoppable teams. Unstoppable teams change organizations. People living their lives on purpose don’t let fear make their decisions.

My leadership journey began long before I started my company. At sixteen years old, I stepped into my first leadership role, and I never stopped leading. From makeup artist and esthetician to spa director, executive director, educator, corporate trainer, and consultant, every role taught me one truth: People don't need someone to tell them what to do. They need someone who helps them believe they are capable of more. That realization became the foundation of everything I do today.

Life has also been my greatest teacher. I have walked through profound loss, heartbreak, fear, and years of questioning my own worth. Losing myself completely. There was a time when self-doubt convinced me to play small, stay quiet, and settle for a life that didn't reflect who I truly was. I refused to stay there! I climbed out of the mud, reclaimed my voice, rebuilt my confidence, and discovered the purpose I was born to live. I became my own hero!

I made myself one promise: No one should have to walk that journey alone. That promise became Claudia Wyatt Coaching, LLC. It became The Walkabout Method™. It became my life's work.

Today, The Walkabout Method™ empowers individuals, leaders, and organizations to break free from self-doubt, strengthen emotional intelligence, elevate communication, lead with confidence, and create lives and cultures built on purpose instead of fear.

I live every step of this framework. Now I have the privilege of guiding others through it. Whether I am standing on a global stage, partnering with executive teams, consulting with luxury spas, coaching emerging leaders, or helping one person rediscover their confidence, my mission never changes:

Speaking isn't something I do. It's who I am. I grew up on stages, singing, dancing, acting, and performing, but finding my voice didn't happen under the spotlight. It happened in the shadows. When I chose to tell the truth about my own story. “Shattering The Vault: The Rise of My True Self.” 

Today, every keynote is more than a presentation. It's an experience! Audiences don't leave with motivation that fades by Monday morning. They leave with renewed belief, practical strategies, and the courage to think bigger, lead stronger, communicate better, and take bold action immediately. I create rooms where people feel seen.
