Who I am?

A globally recognized inspirational leader, international keynote speaker, consultant, coach, writer, panelist, workshop facilitator known as The Enthusiasm Igniter™ and Self-Doubt Eraser™. I am a certified confidence, cognitive behavior and life purpose coach with emphasis in leadership, empowerment and wellness.

I have over 20 years of experience coaching high-performing teams and leaders. I help individuals and organizations break free from limiting beliefs, strengthen communication, lead & live with unshakable confidence, trust your voice and own your power.

I have been in leadership my whole life in every job I ever had since I was sixteen years old. I rose the ranks in the spa industry as a Makeup Artist, Esthetician, Spa Director to Executive Director. Teaching me how to connect with people through experiences. The power of one-on-one connection by effective communication through emotional intelligence and listening with more than your ears.

It is those shoes dropping moments in life that inspiring change. Having transformed profound personal loss into purpose from over a decade of deep wounds. Pulling myself out of the "mud" is what allowed me to step forward into who I was meant to be and the life I was meant to live. I started my company because I vowed, I would never let anyone go through what I went through alone.

I bring authenticity, heart, and fire to everything I do. I believe in living on purpose, personally and professionally. Showing up as yourself for yourself.

I grew up on stage. Singing, dancing, acting, and speaking was a fundamental part of my life.  Speaking is more than just being on a stage for me; it is a huge part of my healing journey. Being vulnerable was something I ran from. Speaking my truth empowers others to face themselves by showing them what courage looks like.
